All courses provided by Train on the Tracks are available in-house at your place

- 2 day course: from £1100
Travel and, where necessary, overnight accommodation / subsistence, are payable in addition. Travel is standard class rail fare from Cardiff (for courses delivered in Wales), or Reading (for courses delivered in England), or Edinburgh (for courses delivered in Scotland), or mileage at 40p per mile from the same locations. Accommodation and subsistence are a maximum of £100 per day, where the course requires an overnight stay.
The cost includes any discussions about adaptations or modifications to the training course to suit your organisation’s particular needs; any necessary preparation. Provision of the training packs normally £3 each max.
Maximum number of participants: 16. You are free to sell places to other organisations to help fund the cost of the training. In-house training costs can be negotiated for community and poorly funded groups
Cancellations
Cancellations should be made in writing. Open courses: please note that we are unable to refund any of your fee if you cancel within 14 clear days of a course or seminar. A £30 administration fee will be charged if you cancel at any time prior to this.
Once an in-house course has been booked, a 50% cancellation fee may be charged if it is cancelled by the booking organisation less than 28 working days before the course is due to take place. If training materials have already been produced a further 25% fee may be charged.
